Our solid gold pieces are designed for longevity - crafted to be worn and cherished every day. Because solid gold does not tarnish or rust, you can wear your 9K and 14K gold jewellery in water - whether washing your hands, showering, or swimming.
However, over time, exposure to soaps, chlorine, salt water, and lotions can cause build-up and dull the metal’s natural shine. To keep your pieces radiant, we recommend:
- Removing before swimming in chlorinated or salt water
- Avoiding contact with harsh chemicals and perfumes
- Gently cleaning with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth
- Storing separately in a fabric-lined box or pouch to prevent scratches

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping Australia wide on all orders over $150. For Express Postage we have a flat rate of $15. Express Postage is free for orders over $350.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping prices are calculated at checkout through Australia Post and DHL express international.
RETURNS
We hope you love your Avant Studio pieces. If you change your mind, we offer returns for store credit (in the form of a gift card) or exchange for a different piece within 14 days of receiving your order (domestic orders only).

Please note:
- Items must be unworn in original packaging.
We cannot offer returns for pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons. Sale items are not eligible for return.

Can I wear in the water?
Short answer, Yes. We use 925 Sterling Silver with premium 18K Gold plating which is durable enough for casual water contact. We do however suggest minimising exposure to strong detergents or oils to extend the lifetime of the gold plating.
Do the pieces have a warranty?
Our warranty for manufacturing faults extends to 6 months from date of purchase. For more information, visit our Warranty Page.
How quickly will my order come?
All orders will be processed within one business day of placement. If you place your order before 11am, you have guaranteed dispatch for the same day (business days only). Domestic Standard post = 2-5 business days. Domestic Express Post = 1-2 business days. DHL international express = 2-7 business days. Please visit our postage and delivery page for further info.
