Returns Policy
Returns
We hope you love your Avant Studio pieces. If you change your mind, we offer returns for store credit (in the form of a gift card) or exchange for a different piece within 14 days of receiving your order (domestic orders only).
To request a return, please email hello@avantstudio.com.au with your full name and order number.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order number)
- Items must be purchased directly from Avant Studio (online or in store)
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Made-to-order pieces
- Sale items (excluding first time purchase code)
Return Shipping
Return Shipping
For change of mind returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be posted back within 7 days of return approval, with tracking number provided. Avant Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
For approved warranty claims, return shipping will be covered by Avant Studio (see Warranty section below).
Sale Items
Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Warranty Policy
WARRANTY
All Avant Studio pieces are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing faults only.
What is covered
- Faults in craftsmanship or materials
- Structural defects present upon receipt or occurring under normal use
What is not covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or surface damage
- Tarnishing, fading, or plating wear over time
- Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfumes, or cosmetics
- Breakage due to force, improper handling, or misuse
- Lost items
- Items repaired or altered by a third party
Warranty Process
To submit a warranty claim, please email hello@avantstudio.com.au with:
- Your order number and name
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
If your claim is approved:
- You will receive a replacement item (subject to availability), or
- A store credit will be issued in the form of a non-expiry gift card
Warranty Shipping
If your claim is approved, Avant Studio will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back to us for assessment.
If the item is deemed a manufacturing fault, Avant Studio will also cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.
If the item is deemed not faulty, it can be returned to you at your expense.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Orders qualify for free shipping once per order only
- By placing an order, customers agree to these terms
Orders placed prior to 28/04/26 are subject to the return and warranty policy in effect at the time of purchase.
