If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase. 

To request a return, please emailing us at hello@avantstudio.com.au with your full name and order number in the email subject. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original packaging and must be unworn. We cannot offer returns or exchanges for pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.

Avant Studio is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend retaining proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service and returning items in secure packaging. By placing an order with Avant Studio, customers are responsible for all applicable custom import fees.

Please note, orders over $100 will qualify for free shipping only once per order.  When your exchange is processed, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 will be incurred (AU and NZ orders) or $40 (International). Exchanges can only be made once. After you receive your exchanged item, it is not eligible for return unless deemed faulty within the 12 month warranty period.

Our warranty for manufacturing faults extends to 12 months from date of purchase.
