We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. Customers should expect to receive their order in 2-5 business days. This can vary dependant on state and post code.
$10 Express Postage. Customers should expect to receive their order within 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that our carriers can experience delays in certain circumstances.

STORE PICK UP
Due to Covid 19 circumstance, we have temporarily suspended our click and collect service. However, we will do our best to cater to the local community, Please email us at email@example.com to enquire about collection of goods.
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be ready for collection. You will receive an email notification when it is ready to pick up from store.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we happy to offer an exchange or credit note by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be unworn. We cannot offer returns or exchanges for pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Return shipping charges are not refundable except for faulty items.
